  The couch we ordered is great however the delivery was pathetic. When we bought the couch we specified that it was upstairs in a unit block and it would be tight but would fit. We paid the $95 and they had 2 attempts to get it through the door only to give up and put the couch in my garage. Following this, my brother and I were easily able to carry the couch upstairs in one go. We have contacted Oz Design regarding this issue of poor delivery service only for our request for the delivery refund to be denied even though the delivery of the couch is incomplete. Needless to say won't be shopping with Oz Design again due to this inconvenience.

  Goodstore but don't be sucked into the scam they call Guards Man protection for your new couch. Paid Over $200 for Guards Man protection on on the our new couch and asked a number of times is it a professional treatment and was told yes. They sold is as something that was professionally applied. When the couch arrived it turned up with 2 Cans of Guardsman not applied. If i knew that was the case i would have saved my $200 odd dollars. Total Scam.

  broken furniture has arrived, with screws missing, doors are out of alignment. poor after sale service and and refused the refund at the start.

  will not be buying from them and will not recommend as once you get their crappy furniture then its up to you to demand either refund or replacement. no follow up from this poorly managed company
