  Good quality furniture but not available to actually take possession of when originally indicated. Eureka Street took full payment for our furniture on day one but we could not receive delivery of all pieces for more than 3 weeks. In the end they had to 'borrow' a tallboy from another customer whose furniture was already in Brisbane to fulfill our order. Poor customer service by Lydia from the Macgregor store who argued non stop over the phone. She finally pretended she couldn't hear us and rudely terminated the call before any resolution could be reached. Had to go over her head and state our Consumer Law rights before anything was actioned.

  Eureka Street Furniture and in particular, Jennifer and Kayla, were absolutely amazing helping my mum and ensuring she was looked after. Their after sales service and care was quite astounding and not what you typically expect these days. They couldn't have been more helpful and I truly appreciate their care and service. I genuinely couldn't recommend the service of this store and brand more, based on my experience. Mark
